5.2 Scheduling and Rescheduling

For individual coaching sessions:

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may not be rescheduled
Multiple last-minute cancellations may result in service termination

6. Payment Terms
