1. General Refund Principles
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the specific circumstances and type of service purchased.

- Different services have different refund terms

- Processing time for approved refunds is typically 7-14 business days
2. Course and Program Refunds
2.1 Multi-Week Programs (8-10 Week Courses)
Before Course Start Date:
- More than 14 days before start: 100% refund minus £50 administrative fee
- 7-14 days before start: 75% refund
- Less than 7 days before start: 50% refund
- On or after start date: No refund available
After Course Has Begun:
- Refunds are generally not available once a course has commenced
- Exceptions may be considered for documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances
- If approved, refunds will be prorated based on sessions attended
2.2 Short-Term Workshops and Intensives
For courses lasting less than 4 weeks:
- More than 7 days before start: 100% refund minus £25 administrative fee
- 3-7 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before start: No refund available
2.3 One-Time Workshops
For single-session workshops or seminars:
- More than 48 hours before event: Full refund minus £15 administrative fee
- 24-48 hours before event: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before event: No refund available
3. Individual Coaching Sessions
3.1 Single Session Purchases
- More than 48 hours before session: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 24-48 hours before session: 50% refund or rescheduling with £25 fee
- Less than 24 hours before session: No refund; session considered used
3.2 Coaching Packages
For packages of multiple coaching sessions:
- Unused sessions may be refunded before the first session is conducted (minus 10% administrative fee)
- After the first session, refunds calculated on remaining unused sessions minus 20%
- After 50% of sessions are completed, no refunds available
- Package expiration dates are strict; unused expired sessions are not refundable
4. Corporate Training Services
Corporate training refund terms are negotiated individually and outlined in specific service agreements. General terms include:
- Cancellations more than 30 days before delivery: 90% refund
- Cancellations 15-30 days before delivery: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 15 days before delivery: No refund
- Customized materials prepared specifically for your organization are non-refundable
5. Consultation and Assessment Services
Initial consultations and assessments:
- Free consultations: May be canceled anytime without penalty
- Paid assessments: Follow individual coaching session refund policy
- Completed assessments and evaluations are non-refundable
6. Digital Products and Materials
For downloadable materials, recorded courses, and digital resources:
- Refunds available within 14 days of purchase if materials have not been accessed or downloaded
- Once materials are downloaded or accessed, no refunds available
- Technical issues preventing access will be resolved or refunded
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations:
- Contact us as soon as possible with supporting documentation
- We will review requests on a case-by-case basis
- Options may include refunds, credits toward future services, or extended access
- Medical documentation from a licensed healthcare provider may be required
7.2 Service Cancellation by Perfect Speaking
If we cancel or significantly modify a course or service:
- You will receive full refund of all fees paid
- Alternative services may be offered at the same or reduced rate
- We are not liable for any additional costs or expenses you may have incurred
7.3 Technical Issues
For online services experiencing technical problems:
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly
- If issues persist and significantly affect service delivery, prorated refunds may be offered
- Issues with your personal equipment or internet connection are not grounds for refunds
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Administrative and booking fees
- Third-party materials or resources purchased on your behalf
- Services rendered or sessions attended
- Physical materials that have been shipped or received
- Certification examination fees (governed by certifying body policies)
- Services provided at promotional or discounted rates (unless otherwise specified)
9. Rescheduling Policy
In many cases, rescheduling may be a better option than cancellation:
9.1 Individual Sessions
- First rescheduling: Free if requested 24+ hours in advance
- Subsequent rescheduling: May incur £25 fee
- Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours): Session may be forfeited
9.2 Courses and Programs
- One-time rescheduling to a future cohort may be available (subject to availability)
- Rescheduling fee may apply depending on timing
- Must be requested before course start date
10. Transfer Policy
10.1 Transferring to Another Person
In some cases, you may transfer your enrollment to another person:
- Transfers must be requested at least 7 days before course start
- Transfer fee of £50 applies
- Substitute participant must meet course prerequisites
- Individual coaching packages are generally non-transferable
10.2 Transferring Between Courses
- Subject to availability and comparable pricing
- Must be requested before original course start date
- Price differences must be paid or will be credited
- Administrative fee may apply
11. Credit and Voucher Terms
When refunds are issued as credits or vouchers:
- Credits are valid for 12 months from issue date
- Credits can be applied to any Perfect Speaking service
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
- Expired credits cannot be reactivated
- Credits are non-transferable to other individuals
12. How to Request a Refund

- Service or course name and date
- Booking or order reference number
- Reason for refund request
- Preferred refund method (original payment method used unless otherwise requested)

Step 3: Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- You will receive confirmation when the refund is issued
- Bank processing times vary and may take additional days
13. Disputes and Appeals
If you disagree with a refund decision:

- Final decisions are made within 10 business days
- Management decisions are final
14. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

- Your access to services will be suspended pending resolution
- We will provide documentation to your financial institution supporting our position
- Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent service denial
- You may be responsible for chargeback fees and administrative costs

While we cannot guarantee specific results, we are committed to quality service. If you are unsatisfied with our services:
- Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
- We will work with you to address issues and improve your experience
- In cases of legitimate service failures, we may offer partial refunds or complimentary services
